DIN Straw Pellets

We provide heating using DIN Straw Pellets. The melting temperature of special technology straw pellets is substantially higher than that of ordinary straw pellets. Our pellets’ melting temperatures range from 800°C to 1200°C, with an ash concentration of 4-7%. As a result, the pellet combustion process has been enhanced, and the amount of formation slag has been greatly reduced.

So, what about the specifics of bedding?

DIN Straw Pellets are a type of natural, very absorbent bedding designed specifically for horses and other farm animals. When compared to shavings and other bedding used by farmers and horse enthusiasts, it is dust-free and extremely long-lasting. We use locally sourced straw, which is an environmentally friendly product, to make straw pellets.​

Because 1 gram of our straw pellets can absorb 3.4 gram of water (see official test results), bedding stays dry for longer, and our straw pellets are not subjected to freezing in cold winters. This protects the animals from sickness while also providing optimal comfort. The temperature during the pelleting process approaches 120 degrees Celsius, destroying any fungus spores, poisons, and existing germs. Pellet fuels (or pellets) are a type of solid fuel made from compressed organic material. Pellets can be made from any one of five general categories of biomass: industrial waste and co-products, food waste, agricultural residues, energy crops, and untreated lumber.
